I've been wanting to check out the brick and mortar Alchemy restaurant for a while now. I first had it when I went to a concert at Norton Commons when they had their food truck. We went to alchemy and I was not disappointed. The staff was very friendly and the food was extraordinary. The location is very big and they had decorated for the holidays. The night we went wasn't very busy and I was thankful for that. I got to speak to the staff with my rudimentary Spanish and we talked about the food and traveling. Everyone loved their dishes and wants to go back again so that we can have more of it!

Everything about our experience was perfect. The cocktails were balanced and well-crafted; the food delicious, bursting with nuanced flavor; the service impeccable; the ambiance tasteful and inviting. Alchemy is a true gem in Norton Commons! From the moment we walked in, the ambiance set the tone for an unforgettable dining experience. The menu is innovative, offering a perfect blend of delicious Venezuelan flavors and creative presentations that showcase the chef's talent. The craft cocktails are also not to be missed--artfully made and the perfect complement to the meal!

Greeted and seated but we also enjoy the bar seating. Staff and bartenders are great. I order a smoked manhattan and my wife a smoked old fashioned. We love the garlic shrimp. Chef is very friendly and talented and always stops by to say hello. Last night we tried the iron skillet chicken and the bollongaise which were delicious. The steaks are always well prepared. Very highly recommended Slainte!!

A great Venezuelan restaurant. You can tell everything is homemade. The wait staff were very attentive, the service was quick, and the food tasted phenomenal. Very clean restaurant and great ambience.

I'm super glad they closed the kitchen at 10- and were able to get us very well fed! Mr. Nelson was fantastic and the wait staff were phenomenal! Since it was cool but not cold we opted to sit on the patio, which was nice and well lit. Hated being captured in photos I didn't want to be in since I was not with the folks taking them... I don't like having my photos taken personally just not my thing... lol but otherwise it was nice being on the patio. We started with the Choripan. It's savory buttery and delicious! The spice blends then melds into a citrus zing then followed by the soft buttered bread. It's like a mouth mind meld- 4th wall breaks type of situation. Next time I'll ask for crisper bread cause that would add an extra twist to it- omg lol like the texture to have an extra layer to this effect the whole system is blown wide open. The kid ordered the alchemy burger after prodding Nelson about which he'd choose between her two favorite things lol they're too cute going back and forth over salmon and burgers... She had her eyes rolling while eating it - said it was so flavorful and she loved the fried cheese all on its on but I'm guessing it was wonderful as she didn't really talk much just ate lol I ordered the grilled Picanha steak... with fries. When I say- tender, mind blowingly flavorful, and cooked to perfection at medium... Now, my only damn question is when are we going back???? Seriously one of my new favorite Venezuelan restaurants. Thought the food truck was good.., this was absolutely amazing and delicious doesn't cover it!! Thanks crew! Chefs kiss hit em five times!!!!! ******We ordered dessert to go and will have the brownie and strawberry cheesecake tomorrow with our leftovers- I will update about it!!!

Absolutely love Alchemy in Norton Commons! My daughter invited me to join her for dinner. We shared Tostones with pork, yuca frita and choripan. The chimichurri was amazing! I smothered it on the choripan and the tostones. Alexander, our server provided great courteous service with a smile!
